He comes from toxic waste lab, and was dunk in toxic toaster sauce so that's why most of his insides are filled with a bizzar pink ink like substance that will some times leak out making it look like he's drooling. He doesn't have very good control over his emotion so it's hard for him to hide them when he wants.
